When I had my first child, we had some feeding issues to work through that made me dependent on a Medela Symphony pump. I was so grateful to that device (and the lactation consultants I worked with) for helping me feed my daughter as we navigated those early days. That is why I am so passionate about providing this rental option to families in the Rochester and Finger Lakes Areas - and am proud to be the only small business that does! I am able to accept credit and debit as well as HSA/FSA cards to cover rental fees. In some cases, insurance may reimburse the cost of rental with appropriate documentation.

I strive to get your pump rental to you as quickly as possible, seven days a week. Most of the time I can accommodate same day or next day delivery if needed. Each rental includes the option for complimentary support with setup/use and troubleshooting throughout the duration of your rental. Should you need further support for your feeding journey, I am also happy to connect you with local or online resources that might be of help.

  • A hospital-grade breast pump is designed to prevent milk from back-flowing into the hardware. It is known as a “closed system” so that more than one user can utilize the device without fear of contamination.

    Most insurance covered breast pumps are “open systems” designed with tubing that could potentially allow moisture or milk to get into the pump motor area, creating the opportunity for mold to grow.

    Reusing this type of pump cuts down on preventable technological waste and ensures the cleanliness and safety of your milk.

Please note that the rental fee does not include the personal-use double pumping kit designed for use specifically with the Medela Symphony pump - these can be purchased separately for $50 while supplies last.

Delivery/Pick-Up Fees

Delivery & pick-up is available to any location you need a pump - hospitals, private & rental residences, hotels and workplaces, etc.

  • No fees for self pick-up/drop-off (located in the 14609 zip code)

  • A one-time fee for delivery/pick-up will be added based on location:

    • $20 within Monroe County

    • $40 beyond Monroe County (up to a 30 mile radius from 14609)
